| Make a Donation We donate U.S. $45 toward the school fees of one girl for one year of tuition-free, compulsory elementary school and U.S. $90 for junior high. We donate U.S. $250 for senior high school tuition (2009). You can make a tax deductible donation online via our secure PayPal account by clicking on the button below. |

| Award Process The girls are selected on the basis of family need by the local Women’ s Association chapter, which is a government welfare organization. Before the end of the school year, each girl writes a letter to Dr. Seeberg about her plans to continue in school. Dr. Seeberg wires the money to an account in a Xi’an bank. The Women’s Association picks it up and gives it in each girl’s name to the appropriate schools in Shangzhou. For their generous services we provide a ten percent administrative fee. If you are interested in establishing a one-on-one relationship with one of the girls and see them through their education, please let us know. We will help you exchange photos and translate the girls’ letters for you. |
